United Industries UltraBoard Welcomes Jon Kilmer as New President and CEO

Today, we are proud to announce that Jon Kilmer has joined United Industries as our new President and Chief Executive Officer. Jon brings a distinguished track record of strategic growth, operational excellence, and market development. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Market Development at Polymershapes, where he led comprehensive initiatives to expand into new markets, forge valuable supplier partnerships, and align commercial strategies with long-term growth objectives. His extensive career also includes leadership roles at Forest River, Inc., complemented by his service as a U.S. Army veteran—experience that has instilled in him strong leadership qualities and operational discipline that will guide his approach at United Industries.

With the strong support of Wes Paulin and Ben Strickland, we are also announcing new roles for both leaders: Wes will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer, and Ben will serve as Chief Commercial Officer. Their ongoing contributions have been instrumental in shaping our success, and their new roles will further enhance strategic alignment and decision-making across the company. This leadership structure positions United Industries for continued innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion under Jon’s guidance.
